Privacy policy

This site is a booking front door, and we keep the data story short on purpose.

When you check availability, the search and any booking happen inside our partner's secure system, and the personal data a rental needs (licence, payment, contact details) is collected and processed there under their privacy terms, shown at checkout. We do not see or store your payment details.

When you email the concierge, we keep the correspondence so we can help with the trip and any follow-up. We do not sell or share enquiry data, and we do not run marketing lists; if you ask us to delete a thread, we delete it.

The site itself uses basic, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.
