Terms of use

Montenegro Luxury Cars is an independent booking service. We present the prestige end of the local rental pool and route bookings through our partner's secure system; the rental contract itself is between you and the local supplier named at checkout.

Every listing states its own live price, deposit, insurance options, mileage terms and driver age and experience rules before payment. Those listing terms, together with the supplier's rental agreement signed at handover, govern the rental. Where anything on this site and a listing differ, the listing wins; our pages carry labelled examples, not quotes.

We earn a commission from the supplier when you book. This does not change the price you pay.

Cancellation rights, including the free-cancellation window most cars carry, are stated per listing and honoured by the supplier through the booking system.

Drive legally and treat the cars and the coast with respect; cross-border use is only permitted where the listing allows it and the permit is arranged at booking.
